Cancellation of a group class.
We require notice of withdrawal from a course, by telephone or in person, at least five business days before the course begins. If a student cancels with less than 5 days notice, we are not able to refund any of the course fee.
The $39 deposit fee is non-refundable unless the course is cancelled by Little Sorbonne Language School Inc. No refund will be made for cancellations received later than five business days before the course begins.
Little Sorbonne Language School Inc. is occasionally forced to cancel courses due to insufficient enrolment or for other reasons. If this occurs, a full refund will be processed and sent to you automatically.
Payment can be made by cheque cash, credit card or paypal account. No taxes apply on French lessons in Canada.
To register for the Adult Classes, please pay the $39 deposit which saves your seat in the class. The deposit fee is of course not an extra fee but is included in the course fee so on Day 1 of the course you will pay the relevant course fee minus the $39 paid for the deposit. Please contact us at any time should you have any questions at all. Once you have paid the deposit, we shall contact you to confirm which class you wish to join.
